In the beginning, we’ll have a conversation with you and your family to talk about what you’d like to do, or what you may need support with. Then, we’ll match you with a support worker who will deliver the experience you’re looking for.
Some of the things that we take into consideration before matching someone for you are their age, personality, your interests, the overall situation, and the most important information – what makes your perfect fit. You can trial your support worker and if that match doesn’t work out, we will continue until we find one that meets your needs.
